What date is the Korean Music Festival? What do the prices of the tickets usually average?

What do the tickets usually cost (I’m assuming they vary by seat choice)?
When do they announce the artists for the festival?
If you’ve gone, did you stay at a hotel close to the venue?

The date for 09 has not been set yet, they will probably announce it around jan/feb or so. The thing about it is, they always go back and forth on confirming who’s actually going to perform, up to the last minute practically :/ The tickets are really affordable, but you don’t get to pick where you sit for some odd reason. They assign you a seat after you purchase. Hopefully it will be different this year.
